Manifesting with Meditation

This year I am embarking on a journey to change the lives of others using the amazing power of meditation.

Coach Pete Carol has had tons of success in his coaching career. Winning last years super bowl was his biggest achievement yet. Super Bowl XLVII was a blow out the Seahawks over the broncos 43-8. The Seahawks used some mindful tactics to get ahead of the competition.

Yoga and Meditation have been implemented in the grueling routine these players already endure.Led by high-performance sports psychologist Mike Gervais, the Seahawks practice both group meditations and visualizations as well as individual meditation sessions.

“Practices start with instructions such as, “quiet your minds,” “focus your attention inwardly,” and “visualize success” (Roenigk, 2013).

I believe this is the reason for there Super Bowl XLVII success. Its true that if you visualize something you will attain it, Pete carol knew the power of visualization when he saw himself hoisting that Lombardi Trophy.

Meditation wins in life

If it worked for the hawks it can work for you. You begin to excel in life when you can visualize anything you want. This power is greater found in meditation. Meditation especially that with intention can manifest anything you truly want.

I use daily these wonderful guided meditations, The have truly enhanced my life in so many ways, It is thanks to meditation I can thank my new found sobriety after years of dealing with substance and alcohol abuse.

Tips On Meditation:

1.Find A Quite Place

Meditation should be done in a quite place where you will be able to block out distractions of life. It could be done in a walk in closet, small room, outside,or even an office as long as its a personal space. Its not good to have any distraction from the phone,computer, or television so your going to have to pull yourself away from the screens for awhile.Unless of course your idea of meditating is zoning into football with a bag of chips and that brings you piece way to go man! If more serious about reaching enlightenment find a quite place to meditate. Keep in mind some noises are ok neighbors dog barking, birds chirping ,etc. As long as you do not let these noises dominate your thoughts.If noise is an issue you can always play music,(relaxing music of course) use a fountain (running water is very peaceful), or a guided meditation audio.(a great library of those can be found by clicking HERE) A quiet place free from distraction is a must for powerful meditation.

2. Wear Comfortable Clothes

The point of meditation is to take the mind away from external distractions and restricted tight fitting clothes are a distraction.

3. Stretch Out

Meditation can mean a long time sitting and tight uncomfortable feeling aches and pains during this could break your state. I like to do a bit of yoga before a real intense meditation so I release any tension in the muscles. Yoga and meditation go hand in hand and are definitely a great pair for both mind and body.

4.Follow your Breathing

It is important that you breath slow rhythmic breaths during meditation. If you get your breath right your body will follow suite. You will find yourself at ease with a relaxed brain.

My Amazing Meditation

Last Night

Last night was just one of those nights where I couldn’t seem to get to sleep.I had taken a nap in the middle of the day and It seemed so difficult to go to sleep.I couldn’t get comfortable at all, they feathers in my pillow were poking through the pillow case and I had to pee what seemed like a million times. Then I decided that I was going to meditate as a means to get some rest. 

I put on The Operator a powerful audio in the manifest anything series.(which btw you can purchase by clicking the link) At first my mind still had trouble getting still but I continued to lay breathing listening to the powerful message the audio contained about deleting negative functions in the brain. I never went into my subconscious during this on but I did have a wave of relaxation calm my mind and have it reach the point of stillness. Next I Played the Manifest Money and thats what finally did it I drifted off to sleep. Upon awakening I felt great I wasn’t even tired even though I only got four hours of sleep. My mind was filled with love, peace and Ideas to put money into my pocket. 

I have incredible experiences like this one all the time. I choose to meditate daily because it aids me in my day to day life so much. Purpose in life

Purpose?

If you move through life without purpose you will often find yourself dissatisfied with life. Its important that you find yourself a purpose that is inside yourself and cannot be affected by outside influences. So many of us say things like when I have money ill be happy, when I find love Ill be happy,or when I get that job I want ill be happy. Well what if you don’t? Are you not ever gonna be happy and just die off miserable. Material things are great but we cannot use them as our purpose for being. Love is great but it can not be our whole purpose for being. Finical Success is also nice but cannot be the key to our happiness.

Once you’ve realized your true purpose inside yourself your life is going to become an infinite well of joy that cannot be closed by any outside source. It may take some time and some serious meditation to reach your internal purpose, especially if you’ve been living for the purpose of others for a long time.(Meditate With Me) Im speaking to you from experience heres a little story of my struggle to find purpose.

I have always been sort of a wild child. It seemed my purpose in life used to be to raise hell everywhere I went. From the age of 15 on I had an on going addiction to drugs and alcohol. I started to believe that there was zero purpose for my life and my life become completely intolerable for me. Everyday felt like an endless struggle to keep being alive, so I plunged further and further into drugs and alcohol. I had lost everything more importantly I lost my purpose because I was building my purpose off of things I could not attain. I really put all my happiness on a girl I loved and when I lost that I felt like I lost everything. For a few years this terrible mindset followed me around until one day I was finally able to be real with myself enough to regain a real purpose in life. 

That purpose was to simply just be happy no matter whats going on. Im talking about happiness that I can pull out of myself in even the most dire of straits. I have to admit that finding this purpose have only helped I have yet to reach that state of all the time Joy but I’m able to not have to turn to drugs or alcohol for “false happiness”. Im still human and have my moods but I don’t let those moods completely destroy my peace of mind anymore.

Once I found that this is my purpose I went on the hunt for tools to help me achieve this. I found a person who had these wonderful guided meditations that instantly improved my life as soon as I listened to them. I spend at least 30 minutes a day meditating with these guided meditations and would have to say they’ve been able to make me feel a more abundant and wonderful Joy than Ive ever felt before. Change Your Life Now not Later

Change

The majority of people need some type of change in there life. So many say they need change but rarely are people willing to do what it takes to change there life or situation. If you are one driven to change your situation you should be really proud for you are one of the few that got it. So keep on keeping on!

One thing that everybody can agree on is that there financial situation needs to change. In this economy so many struggle to develop a comfortable income. As bad things may seem the answer to this change is inside yourself. Everything you have is a reflection of you and more than that a reflection of your thoughts. All you need to change your life for the better is to change your thoughts. Focus on only positive thoughts and your life will only contain positive things. If you get to the point where your positive all the time you will turn yourself into a magnet for abundance. On the same note, constant negativity can turn you into a crap magnet. So Stay positive! Staying positive is the best way to change your life but what are good ways to Live positively.

1. Be Different- There is so much pain and turmoil in trying to be like everyone else. No two people are the exact same so embrace these differences and be happy with yourself the way you are. Don’t try and be like anybody else. 

2. Grow Daily- To me there is nothing sadder than complacence. Read books, listen to audios, or take classes whatever you have to do to learn something on a daily basis do it. So much sadness is created by lack of knowledge. 

3. Let it go- You can’t control the cards your delt just the way you play em. Let the pain that comes your way become a tool for your personal growth. Be happy even when when things seem grim and hopeless.You’ll find that those times become fewer and more far away the happier you can make yourself. 

4. Stay In the Now- The past and the future don’t really exist and you can’t do anything about either. All you have in the now moment so stay present and the future will handle itself. Your past has already happen you can’t go back and change a thing so don’t dwell on what you have done.

5. Exercise and Eat Good- If you are not in good shape and become sick and unhealthy its crippling to your mood.

6. Meditate Daily- Your subconscious controls most of your thoughts and meditation is the best way to make sure your subconscious is programed for only positive thoughts. Your Mind and You

Your mind:Use it properly

Your mind is the greatest tool you have in this planet. Why most people don’t tend to use theres very often is very disturbing. The human brain often either gets used in the wrong way or not at all. You can use your mind for anything and everything you want so why not use it to gain everything you ever wanted. The human mind is very easily polluted with the negativity that surrounds us on a day to day basis. The television we watch is a huge influence on the pollution of our brain. Especially if you watch the news daily and spend your days focused on the negativity of the world. This can be very harmful in your own life for which negativity  only attracts more negativity so turn off the television and pick up a good inspiring book. 

How does one remove the negative programming that has been inputed into there brain? Well by simply meditating you can reach your brains internal source of thoughts and simply reprogram it to not have negative thoughts. Pain

There are many things in life that bring us pain. Some people even use there past pain as a way to define who they are. Life can be very hard and you really cannot control every card life will deal you and this leads to a lot of inner pain. 

Im here to say that no matter what you don’t have to let any pain get you down.Inside yourself there is a well of happiness that you can access even in the most sorrowful times. Its really hard at first but once you’ve learned to access it properly you will be able to handle anything life handles you. The secret is keeping your mind focused only on the now.

Whenever you experience pain it builds up inside you in something called your pain body. Thats why as you get older things seem to hurt more. The pain body gets its food from turmoil and the more you give it the more you feel stress and depression. The best way to not feed the pain body is to let your struggle calmly fade into the past and not analyze or examine whatever your it is for long. Everybody knows its good to put the past behind them but most people really do. They just bottle up there pain and carry on until the next time they go through something. Pain is always a product of the past even the pain your dealing with now is derived from something that has happened to you. Even one second ago is the past and to reach peace you just have to focus only on right now because its all you really have.

This Power Of Now focus is important to building successful manifestation because it helps you to focus only on positivity. You will never be able Manifest what you want if you have negative thoughts in your brain so you must work to eliminate them. On top of staying in the now you must develop habits that help you stay in a state of happiness. If you do not meditate start today for that is the key to building strength in your subconscious. The Power In the Now

The Now

It is common amount people to have there minds be focused on the past future.People often think that the past is what made them who they are today or the future is whats going to make them happy so they drive on never realizing the present.This why a majority of the world walk around in suffering. If you focus and dwell on the past you are destined to repeat pain over and over again. If your mind is on the future you will become unhappy when it isn’t everything you wanted it to be.

The now is what we should be focusing on. For it is the only thing that truly matters and can lead to increased happiness. Living in the now is the best thing you can do for your mind to become enlightened. The present moment is essentially all we really have for the past has already been and the future is yet to be.

To live completely in the now you must learn to live outside your head.The human mind has thousands of thoughts a day that one may use as a guide to figuring out who they really are. Im here to say you are not your mind. Observe your thoughts for a day and you will realize that your mind is actually harmful to your state of being, your state of focus, and your peace of mind. 95% of all thoughts come from the subconscious mind,thus making the majority of our thoughts uncontrollable. This being true why must we live based on our thoughts.Instead we can live richer more fulfilling lives with ourselves focused on what we are doing right now than what we are thinking.

Its can be a difficult thing to do at first but you can have more deliberate control over your thoughts making it easier to focus on the now. Your brain can be trained to do this observation of the thoughts you have. It is ok to have a negative thought but when you do, don’t criticize it or analyze it simply get centered in the now moment and let it pass naturally. If we try and force our minds to do something its only going to fight us and cause more disruption. Proper application of “watching” your thoughts will soon lead to you laughing at them as you would the antics of a child. 

Meditation is also a good way to remove the negative afflictions brought on by past or future anxiety. Tuning into your inner source is the most powerful way of bringing your state into the present moment, If you use guided meditation you are able to then control the thoughts of your subconscious. I use this meditation series to feed my subconscious mind with powerful uplifting thoughts thus making my mind able to become more clearly focused on the positive and the now.

The law of attraction

 The Law Of Attraction

You’ve probably in one way or another heard about the law of attraction. Since the movie the secret was made this amazing law as hit the mainstream and began changing the lives of so many. I guess you can say the secrets out! 

The Law of attraction states that focusing on the positive can bring about positive results and focusing on the negative can bring about negative results. Simply put we are what we think and we draw toward us what we think about. For example have you ever experienced a day where it seemed nothing could go right. During a day like that what thoughts do you have, usually the one that comes to mind is “can this day get any worse”. It usually does right. Well the reason for that is The Law Of attraction. It also works when talking about positivity. If you stay with your mind focused on only the positive you will attract more positivity your way. This is how manifesting works.

To manifest everything you ever want you have to stay focused on those things in a positive way. Experience the feelings inside yourself you would have if you obtained this thing you want. Besides getting to feel good doing this will actually magnatize you to everything you desire. For example if you want a new car don’t just wish you have it. Go test drive it even if you can’t afford it visualize yourself having it in your driveway and you will unlock a way inside yourself to receive it. It’ll almost seem like magic.

There are some of you out there that believe in the law of attraction have studied it throughly and still have not manifested the things they want well there is one thing commonly not understood about the law of attraction. It is a very simple principle keeping some from feeling the laws of attraction. The people that can naturally do it automatically don’t even know there doing it. This is destiny tuning which I really don’t have any information on myself but am more than happy to learn then will post a later blog once I acquire some more knowledge. Transcendental Meditation

A little misunderstanding  

If you read the last blog where I explained transcendental meditation I got my definition wrong. Thanks to a wonderful comment I was able to do some research and now I can give you a revised definition of Transcendental Meditation. 

 

Transcendental Meditation

I have studied the teaching of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi about Transcendental meditation. He explains that Transcendental meditation principle is moving the mind toward happiness. You must never try and force this because the mind needs to move naturally into a relaxed state to achieve its natural state of happiness. This is achieved by using a mantra or suitable sound much like beta and theta waves move your mind into relaxation. Thus minimizing thought moving your mind into a transcendental consciousness.
